The following is a template to produce the final report that should be published in the Arbitrum Governance Forum, specifically in the Domain Allocator Offering section.

The report is about showcasing your experience in the D.A.O. Grant Program and what you accomplished. Note that we don’t necessarily want a super long report: is about showing to the DAO what you achieved through your grant, get known by delegates and protocols in the forum and highlight your product and experience.

If you have link to streams, photos or live event or other materials that you think is important, we strongly encourage you to include it!

After creating an account in the Arbitrum Governance Forum, you should publish a report with the following structure:

1. Executive Summary
   • Name of your project
   • Link to your Questbook application
   • Link to your website/socials, others
   • A brief summary of the project, its achievements, and overall impact on the Arbitrum ecosystem
   • Explain the impact of the funding obtained through this very grant (we want to understand how the grant helped you)
2. Performance Against KPIs
   • Create if possible a table comparing projected vs. actual results for all KPIs, or a paragraph explaining your numbers
3. Qualitative Impact & Community Feedback
   • Most significant non-quantitative outcome.
   • If available 2-3 testimonials or feedback pieces from participants/users
   • Twitter thread highlights your team announcing the grant, and twitter thread your team posting about the completion of the grant (we want to see the social impact of the grant, both through your socials and any reaction, see below!)
     • If available, links to user-generated content, media coverage, or social media discussions.
4. Financial Summary
   • A concise breakdown of how grant funds were utilized (doesn’t need to be super detailed, just to explain what the funds were used for and in which %)
   • Explain if there was any meaningful difference compared to the original budget plan
5. Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment
   • Next steps for the project post-grant:
     • How do you plan to expand on the original idea?
     • How do you plan to continue being engaged in Arbitrum?
   • Impact of the grant on securing further funding or partnerships.
6. Additional remarks
   • Anything that was not previously mentioned and that you want to highlight to the community
